Due to the nature of construction services, refunds are generally governed by the specific terms outlined in the individual project contract signed prior to the commencement of work.
Initial deposits or mobilization advances are subject to the cancellation clauses defined in the project agreement. If a project is cancelled before work begins, deductions may be made for any planning, surveying, or material procurement costs already incurred.
Once construction has commenced, payments made for completed phases or installed materials are non-refundable. Disputes regarding work quality will be addressed according to the rectification clauses in the contract.
